Sweat & Smile Program
5-Week Training Program
Sweat & Smile is a 5-week home workout program for the whole body with 3 training sessions per week. It combines strength training and cardio which means you will strengthen both your heart and your muscles.
Exercise Library
I know that it can be challenging to train without the guidance of a personal trainer, so I’ve included an exercise library with detailed instructions and images for each exercise. This way you can ensure that you can perform them safely and effectively.

The program also includes some of my best workout motivation tips. By implementing these strategies, you can ensure you stay motivated and consistent with your workout program and make it a sustainable and enjoyable part of your daily routine.

It can be overwhelming to understand all the fitness terms out there so I've created a chapter with the workout terminology used in the program. This way you'll maybe learn some new things and you don't have to worry about not understanding the terms.
