Welcome to Coaching by Madeleine. I'm a Swedish triple jumper, personal trainer and running coach dedicated to helping athletes and everyday runners become stronger, faster and more resilient. With multiple national titles and experience representing the Swedish national team, I combine my background in elite athletics with evidence-based strength and conditioning to support performance at every level.

I offer in-person speed and performance coaching in Naples, FL, working directly with athletes on sprint mechanics, strength, and overall performance development. Sessions are hands-on, high-energy, and designed to help you move better, get stronger, and become more explosive and efficient.

I also offer personalized online coaching for those looking for structured, individualized guidance, as well as self-directed training programs designed to build strength, improve speed, and enhance running performance.

Speed & Performance Coaching

Train like an athlete. Based in Naples, Florida, these sessions are designed for runners and athletes who want to improve speed, explosiveness, strength, and overall performance through focused, high-level coaching. 


 

1:1 Private Coaching

A fully personalized coaching experience tailored to your goals, movement patterns, and performance needs. Ideal for athletes who want detailed feedback, individualized programming, and the fastest results.

Duo Coaching (2 Athletes)

Train alongside a partner while still receiving individualized coaching and technical feedback. A great option for athletes who want both accountability and a high-performance training environment.

$130/session ($65/person)

Duo and small group sessions are designed for athletes who already have a training partner or group. Please arrive with your full group when booking.

Small Group Performance Training (3+ Athletes)

High-energy, small group sessions focused on building speed, power, and athletic performance. Train in a motivating environment while still receiving hands-on coaching and technical cues.

The Essential Package 

The Essential Package includes everything you need to get started on your fitness journey and it's perfect if you need a kickstart. After an initial consultation you'll get a customized training program based on your unique goals and needs. You decide when, where and how many days a week you want to work out and if you want your plan to focus on strength training, running or a combination of both. You get access to an app with video instructions to all the exercises and you don't need any special skills or training experience to get started. I provide coaching and support via email.

The Premium Package

The Premium Package includes everything in Essential. In addition, this package also includes nutrition tips and dietary guidelines. This plan is perfect if you're serious about your overall health and want to know how you can train and fuel to reach your fitness goals. With Premium you get elevated coaching with priority chat support and weekly check-ins to keep you on track and monitor your progress. You also have the option to submit videos to get personal technique tips and feedback.

The VIP Package 

The VIP Package is en extensive lifestyle program that can completely transform your life. The package includes everything in Essential and Premium. In addition, you get a customized meal plan with menu options, recipes and guidelines based on your goals. You also get a personal mental training plan with monthly mindset challenges. Last but not least, you will get a customized Whoop-strap including a 12-month membership. This will allow you to monitor your training, overall strain, sleep, recovery etc. Together we can use this data to optimize your health.
